LEARN-TO-PLAY

A 10-station program designed with a structured approach. Course includes front court strokes, mid court strokes and rear court strokes. 

This program is suitable for anyone with 0 - 4 years of practice / training experience. It builds on basic movements and hitting skills that are sustained under largely predictable environments. Also, to impart understanding of the rules and regulations of badminton (singles / doubles).

Fees: $112.00 per student / per month

Duration: 60 mins per session / once a week

Participants: Coach-to-Students (1:6)

TRAINING-TO-COMPETE

A 10-station program designed to expand the range of movement and hitting skills established in LEARN-TO-PLAY. Learning is engrained in challenging activities so that players can sustain these skills in less predictable situations.

Players improve tactical awareness with game-like situations and to further their understanding of the different in-game strategies to counter various playing styles. 

Fees: $168.00 per student / per month

Duration: 90 mins per session / once a week

Participants: Coach-to-Students (1:8)
